Qualifications

• 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in corporate M&A.
• Common law qualification from UK/US/Australia.
• Experience across corporate transactions and advisory work.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
• A clear commitment to living and working in the region over the long term.

Responsibilities

• Advising on corporate transactions from structuring through completion.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Supporting clients on corporate reorganisations and related advisory matters.
• Managing transaction workstreams and coordinating with colleagues and other advisers.
• Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout each matter.
