Job summary

Khaled Almarri and Partners is seeking a Corporate Associate in Dubai with a strong foundation in corporate law, including M&A, JVs, governance and compliance. The role involves drafting, due diligence, regulatory filings and advising clients on complex corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years PQE, bar admission, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualifying law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• PQE 2+ years in corporate advisory, Dubai-based preferred.
• Bar admission to a recognized association.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate documents (M&A, JV, shareholder agreements).
• Advise on corporate structuring, formation and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions and assess risks.
• Advise on governance, board resolutions and directors’ duties.
• Assist with incorporations, restructurings and wind-ups.
• Liaise with regulators and handle filings and submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international corporate laws.
• Collaborate on cross-border deals and provide proactive advice.
