Waagner Biro Bridge Services seeks a seasoned Construction Manager in Dubai to oversee projects from inception to completion. You will lead teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety and quality across all site operations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in construction management and strong knowledge of UAE codes, with proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts on complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of hands-on construction management experience.
• Experience in contract administration and lifecycle oversight.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution of projects.
• Manage construction teams and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure UAE code and safety compliance.
• Prepare detailed project schedules including critical path analysis.
• Develop and track project budgets and cost controls.
• Prepare progress reports, payments and change orders.
• Manage contract administration and change processes.
• Coordinate with clients and authorities for permits and inspections.
• Promote strict health, safety and environmental practices on sites.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and support construction administration teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for closeout.
