Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services seeks an experienced MEP Manager for Dubai/UAE infrastructure projects. The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years in MEP within infrastructure, covering roads, bridges, utilities, pumping stations, lighting, drainage, sewerage, and water networks.

You will manage all MEP activities, coordinate with construction and client teams, review drawings and specifications, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in MEP infrastructure projects.
• Experience with roads, bridges, utilities, pumping stations, street lighting, drainage, sewerage, and water networks.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and authority requirements.
• Experience working on UAE/GCC infrastructure projects preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all MEP activities on infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate MEP works with construction, engineering, and client teams.
• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Coordinate with utility authorities and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
