Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Core seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial fit-out projects from inception to handover. You will manage programmes, budgets, risks and communications with clients, consultants and contractors, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of fit-out experience in the UAE/GCC, a relevant degree, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
• Experience in UAE or GCC preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficient with project management software (MS Project/Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Manage fit-out projects from inception to handover, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction and close-out.
• Act as day-to-day client contact, understanding requirements and communicating progress and risks.
• Prepare and maintain programmes, budgets, cash flows, risk registers and progress reports.
• Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders for integrated delivery.
• Lead tendering and procurement processes for consultants and contractors.
• Monitor cost, programme and quality on site; manage change and resolve issues.
