Job summary

Ardent Build Partners in Dubai seeks a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across a portfolio of fit-out projects, from tender handover to final account. You will report to senior management, own the numbers, and drive procurement, payments and claims.

The role requires a Degree in Quantity Surveying, 10+ years’ experience, and a strong UAE fit-out background with FIDIC knowledge; based in the UAE and comfortable leading client meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification.
• 10+ years experience with at least 3 years in a senior commercial role.
• Strong UAE fit-out contractor background and proven final accounts experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across multiple fit-out projects from award to final account.
• Own monthly cost reports, cost to complete, cash flow and margin forecasting.
• Drive payment applications, valuations and collection; manage variations and claims.
• Lead procurement and subcontractor negotiations; present position to directors.
