Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in construction/fit-out.
• Strong residential fit-out experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership with subcontractor management experience.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination.
• Strong commercial and programme management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Knowledge of Dubai construction standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential fit-out projects from mobilisation through handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Manage programmes and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, variations, valuations and commercial performance.
• Review drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate MEP and architectural works and resolve issues.
• Monitor QA/QC and HSE standards throughout delivery.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to management.
• Ensure projects meet quality, programme and client expectations.
