Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai seeks a Revenue Management professional to optimize room inventory and pricing strategies. You will analyze data, support market strategy meetings, and help forecast demand to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a related role; high school diploma; no supervisory experience required. You will collaborate with properties, maintain reports, and train new team members on revenue tools in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year in Revenue Management or related field.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing rooms inventory to maximize cluster revenue.
Prepare competitive analyses and supporting documents for market strategy meetings.
Manage room rates and restrictions and communicate strategy to properties.
Perform monthly revenue management reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Generate and update property and market RM reports; primary data source for the RM team.
Support system maintenance and daily checks; assist training on RM tools.
Assist in implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation/inventory systems.
Adhere to company policies; maintain professional appearance and guest service standards.
