Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to turn client requirements into working solutions on our Agentic AI platform. This client-facing role combines platform configuration, client management and delivery coordination with Product, AI, and Engineering.

You will own day-to-day client relationships, lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into use cases and acceptance criteria, configure agents and workflows, and coordinate onboarding, testing and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in solutions consulting, business analysis, implementation or technical customer success.
• Ability to uncover business needs and turn ambiguous requests into clear requirements, process flows and testable outcomes.
• Functional understanding of LLMs and AI agents, including prompting, knowledge retrieval, tool use, guardrails and human oversight.
• Working understanding of APIs, authentication, webhooks and integrations with CRMs, messaging channels or business systems.
• Strong communication and expectation management: confident leading discovery, demos and client discussions, and explaining technical trade-offs in plain language.
• Organized follow-through, clear documentation and ownership from onboarding through post-launch support.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and lead regular check-ins.
• Translate requirements into clear agent use cases, workflow maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Configure agents, prompts, workflows and available integrations on our AI platform and test behavior.
• Coordinate onboarding, integration dependencies, UAT, issue resolution and go-live readiness.
• Track post-launch feedback and drive prioritized improvements with internal teams.
• Manage expectations on AI capabilities, limitations, scope and timelines.
