Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineer with practical problem solving.
• Based in UAE, available for full-time on-site work.
• Experience with APIs, databases, Git, debugging, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Turn business problems into technical tasks with the founder.
• Improve backend/full-stack systems, APIs, databases, integrations and tools.
• Investigate bugs using code, logs, data, and evidence.
• Build and improve backend logic, APIs, workflows, automations and internal apps.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Review and verify AI-generated work before acceptance.
• Learn unfamiliar technologies quickly when required.
• Test changes and verify business outcomes.
• Communicate what was completed, what was verified, what remains uncertain, and what should happen next.
• Document important work for future developers.
• Take ownership from requirements through handover.
