Job summary

The Project Manager role at Tanqeeb in Dubai leads external and internal client projects from initiation to closure. You will coordinate with engineers, sales and leadership to define objectives, schedules and budgets while ensuring delivery stays on track.

You will apply disciplined project management with LLM-assisted workflows, reviewing AI outputs for accuracy and confidentiality, and maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing external and internal projects.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Confident practical use of LLMs in normal working days.
• Ability to structure ambiguous work and turn objectives into executable plans.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end delivery of external and internal projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate engineering, sales, leadership, and customer stakeholders to keep delivery aligned and transparent.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and escrow project risks and blockers.
• Use LLMs confidently in normal working days for planning, status reporting, documentation, summarization, and structured analysis.
• Review AI-assisted outputs to ensure technical accuracy, confidentiality, and suitability for customer or internal use.
• Maintain clear project documentation, decisions, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Support project handover, acceptance, closure, and lessons learned.
