Job summary

Tradeweb Markets in Dubai is seeking a Buy-side Sales Executive to drive growth across the Middle East in Fixed Income and Derivatives. You will build and manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, and asset managers, and develop new business across the region.

Based in Dubai, you will travel frequently, collaborate with regional and global teams, and deliver tailored electronic trading solutions to clients while staying ahead of market developments.

Qualifications

• Deep and established relationships with Middle East institutional investors.
• 5-7 years of experience in buy-side sales or related roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives products.
• Strong understanding of electronic trading and e-commerce in financial markets.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships, build sales pipelines and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, relationship-management and presentation skills.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow Tradeweb’s Middle East franchise from Dubai office across Fixed Income, Derivatives and relevant Equity products.
• Manage relationships with the Middle East buy-side client base as a trusted contact.
• Develop relationships with new clients and expand within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from engagement to execution.
• Educate clients on Tradeweb’s products and electronic trading solutions with demos.
• Develop and execute the Middle East buy-side sales strategy with regional/global teams.
• Understand clients’ electronic trading workflows and technology needs.
• Provide regional market and competitor intelligence to support product development.
• Represent Tradeweb with senior stakeholders across the region.
• Travel frequently across the Middle East to meet clients and support growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and respond to client requests promptly.
