Job summary

TradesApp, a Dubai-based company specialising in trading and distribution, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive to drive growth and strengthen client relationships across the UAE. The role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, expanding the customer base, and delivering outstanding service.

You will identify opportunities, conduct market analysis, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and work with internal teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Marketing and sales experience in trading or distribution preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with result-driven attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery for clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to promote our products and services.
