Job summary

PhillipCapital group is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time, on-site role in DIFC, Dubai, focused on Fixed Income sales. This role requires 2–5 years of experience and established relationships within the UAE's financial institutions.

The successful candidate will drive sales, leverage existing client relationships, and be instrumental in building the fixed income franchise. Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives will be provided, along with direct access to senior management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of solid experience in Fixed Income sales or broking.
• Established institutional relationships in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of global bond markets, credit instruments, and fixed income strategies.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in DIFC, Dubai — ideal for someone who is hands‑on, revenue‑focused, and ready to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Fixed Income sales with active institutional clients: family offices, asset managers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions.
• Leverage your existing relationships to generate revenue from Day 1.
• Work closely with global teams across time zones to source and execute bond trades.
• Stay ahead of market developments and advise clients accordingly.
• Be a key player in building and growing our fixed income franchise in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of solid experience in Fixed Income sales or broking (essential).
• Based in the UAE with established institutional relationships and proven revenue contribution.
• Strong knowledge of global bond markets, credit instruments, and fixed income strategies.
• Self‑driven, client‑focused, and thrives under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
