Blackstone eIT is seeking a highly organized Bidding Specialist in the UAE to manage end-to-end tender processes. You will coordinate with presales, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

Applicants should have proven bidding experience, strong document management skills, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ticketing tools is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven bidding/tender coordination experience.
• Familiarity with UAE tendering processes.
• Strong document management and administrative coordination.
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing or document platforms is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage UAE tender and bid assignments from receipt to submission.
• Review tender documents, identify requirements, and prepare compliance checklists.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect all required bid documents.
• Follow up with presales for technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
• Ensure tender submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements.
• Prepare, fill, format, and organize tender forms and company documents.
• Set up internal meetings and coordination calls for bid prep and submission.
• Assign tasks to relevant teams and track completion.
• Create and maintain structured folders for each opportunity with versioned docs.
• Monitor submission deadlines and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Maintain records of submitted bids, tender results, and supporting docs.
• Support process improvements and document templates for bids.
