Nexus Solutions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the group’s BD activities by managing leads, maintaining CRM pipelines, coordinating with prospects and internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth onboarding handovers.

This role also involves maintaining sales materials, supporting marketing, managing social media and website updates, and improving processes to ensure efficient and consistent business development operations

Competenze

• 2+ years in business development, sales development, sales operations or marketing coordination.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM system (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho or similar).
• Experience preparing sales materials, templates or process documentation.
• Highly organised, process-driven approach to work.

Mansioni

• Pipedrive Management: Administer Pipedrive, maintain stages, notes and next steps, keep data confidential, build automations and reports.
• Lead Management & Coordination: Act as first contact for inbound leads, respond quickly, route qualified leads, coordinate meetings.
• Business Development Support: Track deals, share marketing materials, hand over won deals to onboarding, test outbound channels, maintain BD manuals and templates.
• Brand & Public Channels: Keep social media active, update website content, ensure brand-aligned content, flag outdated assets.
• Marketing Support & Reporting: Support campaigns, track weekly leads and conversions in Pipedrive, report pipeline health and performance.
