Job summary

Swisslinx Middle East is seeking an Investor Relations & Operations Manager to join our Dubai office. You will own the firm's investor relations, LP servicing, and operational rhythm, working directly with the founding partners.

The role requires 2–4 years in fund administration or VC back-office work and a strong grasp of US GAAP/IFRS as applied to investment funds. Excellent writing and high discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of fund administration or private equity/VC back-office experience.
• Working understanding of US GAAP or IFRS as applied to investment funds.
• Exceptional writing skills for external communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for LPs; ensure timely document delivery.
• Prepare quarterly fund updates and collect portfolio reporting.
• Join LP calls to review portfolio performance and investments.
• Onboard LPs into SPVs and co-investment vehicles; manage subscription documents in Carta.
