Job summary

Dow Jones in Dubai seeks a Senior Key/Strategic Account Manager to grow the Business Intelligence line across the Middle East. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle with top-tier institutions, driving retention and expansion of complex Risk & Compliance solutions.

Fluency in Arabic and English, 7+ years in financial/ government sales, and a strategic, consultative approach are required. This role emphasizes senior stakeholder engagement and collaboration with marketing and events teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience selling to Financial Institutions and Government Entities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; degree level education.
• Experience selling complex information and/or compliance tools to senior decision makers.
• Exceptional influencing skills to gain commitment for Risk & Compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing portfolio of Key/Strategic BI clients, focusing on top UAE banks to boost retention and contract value.
• Lead identification, qualification, development, and closure of new business for Risk & Compliance products.
• Match customer needs with appropriate Risk & Compliance solutions through a sophisticated sales approach.
• Contribute to strategic direction of Risk & Compliance, including branding and product roadmap.
• Collaborate with senior management and marketing to align events, PR, and communication with sales goals.
• Maintain relationships with external facilitators providing advisory services to the market.
