Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking an Account Manager - Business Intelligence based in Dubai to grow the Middle East portfolio. You will manage the full sales cycle for Dow Jones BI products and services, targeting financial institutions and government entities.

Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, expanding existing contracts, collaborating with marketing and events, and delivering thought leadership on risk and compliance solutions across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling to Financial Institutions and Government Entities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English. Degree level education.
• Experience in selling information and/or compliance tools to senior business decision makers.
• Extensive knowledge of compliance regulation across the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, develop and close new business for the entire Risk & Compliance product portfolio to achieve individual New Business Revenue goals.
• Manage existing portfolio of Risk and Compliance clients to ensure retention and increase contract value.
• Work closely with senior management and marketing to ensure events, PR, branding and communication supports sales objectives and execution plans.
• Identify and analyse underlying customer business and sales issues to match Risk & Compliance solutions to requirements.
• Maintain relationship with external facilitators such as technology companies providing advisory services.
• Contribute thought leadership about brand, positioning, value proposition and product roadmap.
