Job summary

ShlenPower in Dubai is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product management across Attractor and Dlicom. You will be the sole product lead, shaping roadmaps, conducting research, defining user journeys and delivering requirements with engineering, design and QA.

You will map journeys from discovery to monetization, run user and market research, test assumptions, write PRDs and user stories, and measure outcomes after release with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years owning software products from discovery through launch and improvement.
• Track record in AI and Web3 products with at least one product in each field.
• Strong product judgement across value, viability, usability and technical feasibility.
• Fluency with product analytics, experiments, user interviews and cohort analysis.
• Experience discussing APIs, data flows, integrations, AI systems and blockchain transactions.

Responsibilities

• Turn company goals, market and user research into a clear product direction and a focused roadmap for each product.
• Map the full journey from first visit to first useful action, payment and repeat use; identify drop-offs and optimize the experience.
• Conduct discovery, competitor research and business analysis; test key assumptions and make clear recommendations.
• Write PRDs, user stories, journeys, flows, acceptance criteria, edge cases and release scope; collaborate with design and engineers.
• Work daily with engineering, design and QA; resolve ambiguity, manage backlog and stage releases by outcome.
• Define product events and review funnels, retention and monetization for Attractor and Dlicom; analyze data quality.
