Job summary

ShlenPower in Dubai is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product management across Attractor and Dlicom. You will research, shape products, write roadmaps and requirements, define user journeys and measure outcomes post-release.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role in our Dubai office with leadership, engineering, design and growth. You will conduct user and business analysis, map journeys, test assumptions, and collaborate with growth to optimize activation and monetization.

Qualifications

Five+ years owning software products from discovery through launch and improvement.
Experience in AI and Web3 products with measurable outcomes.
Strong judgement across value, viability, usability and feasibility.

Responsibilities

Own the product direction and roadmap for Attractor and Dlicom.
Write PRDs, user stories, journeys, flows, acceptance criteria and release scope.
Work daily with engineering, design and QA to resolve ambiguity and ship outcomes.
Define product events, funnels, retention and revenue metrics for both products.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis and business analysis.
Evaluate AI impact on UX, latency, cost and human review for decisions.
