Job summary

Attractor & Dlicom in Dubai is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product management across both brands. You will conduct research, shape products, write roadmaps and requirements, define user journeys and lead release delivery in collaboration with engineering, design and growth.

You will work hands-on as the sole product function owner, performing discovery, analysis and decision-making to drive monetisation and product-market fit across AI and Web3 offerings.

Qualifications

• At least five years owning software products from discovery through launch.
• Track record in both AI and Web3 products.
• Fluency with product analytics, experiments, user interviews and cohort analysis.
• Ability to work full time from our Dubai office.

Responsibilities

• Turn company goals, market research and user research into a clear product direction and a focused roadmap for each product.
• Map the full journey from first visit to first useful action, payment and repeat use.
• Conduct user and customer discovery, competitor research and business analysis yourself.
• Write the PRDs, user stories, journeys, flows, acceptance criteria, edge cases and release scope.
• Work directly with engineering, design and QA each day.
• Define product events and review funnels, cohorts, retention, payment conversion and repeat revenue for Attractor and Dlicom.
• Evaluate where AI improves the user experience, including model quality, latency, cost and human review.
