Job summary

Property Finder is seeking an experienced Product leader to own a full business line with commercial accountability in the Dubai/MENA region. You will drive pricing, packaging, GTM, and cross-functional execution while delivering measurable value to clients and users.

You will prototype with AI, mentor junior product builders, and own end-to-end delivery across Engineering, Data, Design, and Commercial teams. A strong analytics mindset and direct revenue experience are essential.

Qualifications

6+ years of Product experience, with 2+ years owning product/business line and revenue accountability.
AI-native approach to product building across prototyping, analysis, and internal tooling.
Strong commercial/analytical capability; able to defend business models and pricing.
Hands-on experience pricing, selling, or taking products to customers; direct client exposure.
Experience mentoring product teams and raising the bar for peers.
Dubai-based or open to relocation; on-ground role with client interaction.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end business line with strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and results.
Drive revenue, pricing, and packaging; partner with Commercial and engage with clients.
Lead go-to-market end-to-end including pricing, pilots, sales enablement and marketing.
Prototype with AI and rapid validation before allocating resources.
Run squad, manage delivery, unblock dependencies across teams.
Define metrics, own data quality, and ensure accurate product performance data.
Drive market expansion across five markets with data-backed timing and investment.
Mentor and develop product talent across the team.
