Job summary

A highly reputed marketing agency in Dubai is hiring an Account Manager to lead a four-brand pod, acting as the day-to-day senior contact and turning strategic direction into disciplined, on-time delivery.

You will coordinate Strategy, Creative, Social, Copy, Design, and Production, manage monthly calendars and pipelines, and coach an Account Executive while protecting scope and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Arabic fluency (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day lead for four assigned brands, coordinating with client and stakeholders.
• Convert client requests into complete briefs with objectives, audience, deliverables, timelines, claims, CTA and approvals.
• Run the pod's Job Status Report (JSR), Asana board, weekly WIP review, risk log, approval tracker, and delivery forecast.
• Coordinate Strategy, Creative, Social, Community Management, Copy, Design, Motion, Production, Reporting, and QC resources across the pod.
• Build and manage monthly content calendars, campaign pipelines, and reactive workstreams.
• Protect scope, SLAs, and revision limits; escalate scope creep, delays and dependencies early.
• Run quality gates before work reaches the client (brand, copy, claims, language, format).
• Coach and delegate to Account Executive.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews, competitor scans, and portfolio recommendations.
