Job summary

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy in Dubai seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and manage integrated advertising campaigns. You will work across clients, creative teams, strategy and production, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and profitability.

The role requires a commercially minded, highly organized professional with 5+ years in agency environments and strong stakeholder management skills. Dubai-based, fulltime opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of account management / client servicing experience, preferably in advertising or integrated marketing.
• Experience managing major client accounts and integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of creative development, campaign production, digital marketing, and brand communication.
• Excellent client servicing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing campaign budgets and profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
• UAE or GCC agency experience is preferred.
• Experience managing automotive clients or automotive brand campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client objectives and translate into briefs for creative and campaign teams.
• Lead integrated campaigns from briefing through delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, media, production, and activation teams.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, approvals, and profitability are monitored and on track.
• Present concepts, updates, and results to clients.
• Grow existing accounts by building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Guide junior team members and support ongoing client satisfaction.
