Job summary

Enterprise Systems is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager in Dubai to oversee the day-to-day operational management of the sales organisation. You will work directly with the Sales Director to drive accountability, coordinate across departments and ensure timely completion of actions in a fast-moving technology distribution environment.

The role requires 5+ years in Sales/Operations roles within IT distribution, strong CRM/ERP and reporting skills, and experience with NetSuite.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar role.
Experience within IT distribution, enterprise technology, networking, infrastructure or the ICT channel is strongly preferred.
UAE/GCC technology-channel experience would be an advantage.
Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as NetSuite would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Enterprise Systems sales team.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews with Account Managers.
Ensure opportunities, forecasts and customer activities are accurately maintained in NetSuite/CRM.
Monitor sales targets, pipeline coverage, quotations, orders and deal progression.
Identify stalled opportunities and follow up with Account Managers on required actions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and management dashboards.
