Job summary

SUOFEIYA HOME INTERNATIONAL - FZCO in Dubai seeks a Project Manager to drive overseas customer development, manage full cycle projects from inquiry to shipment, and coordinate showroom installations across cabinets, wardrobes, bathrooms, and wooden furnishings.

You will work on-site in Dubai, liaise with production and logistics teams, ensure on-time, quality delivery, and respond effectively to on-site issues while monitoring market trends to support product iterations.

Qualifications

• College diploma or above in Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-year experience in real-estate or custom-furniture project management; installation management preferred.
• Fluent English with strong business negotiation skills.
• Must be based and work on-site in Dubai.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive overseas customer development and achieve sales targets.
• Independently manage the full cycle customer process including inquiry handling quotation sampling contract execution and shipment delivery
• Manage on site installation and project coordination for showrooms and bulk volume projects covering cabinets wardrobes bathroom products wooden furnishings and wall panels
• Oversee overseas project sites to ensure on time quality compliant delivery
• Liaise with domestic design production and logistics teams as well as overseas installation teams
• Resolve on site issues in a pragmatic manner to maintain high level customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activities capture customer requirements and track industry trends in overseas markets and feed insights back to headquarters to support product iteration

Job Requirements

• College diploma or above, major in Project Management or related disciplines


• Minimum 1‑year working experience in real‑estate or custom‑furniture project management; prior experience in installation management for custom‑home projects is preferred


• Fluent oral English with solid listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for independent business negotiations


• Must be based and work on‑site in Dubai


• Strong sense of responsibility, capability to respond flexibly to on‑site emergencies, and high stress tolerance
