Job summary

SEE Venues, part of The Sustainable City in Dubai, is hiring to own the three-brand marketing account (SEE Venues, ImmerSEE, SEE Institute). The role covers inbound leads, content scheduling, and coordinating with Hyphen and Twenty50 to ensure on-brief delivery.

You will sit on-site at The Sustainable City, manage the CRM in Odoo, and drive a disciplined, proactive approach to bookings and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Handles inbound inquiries from multiple channels promptly and professionally.
• Manages agency timelines and holds external partners to deadlines.
• Writes clear, concise communications in English for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the account across SEE Venues, ImmerSEE and SEE Institute marketing.
• Qualify leads using two tiers and hand to BD with context for faster conversions.
• Own CRM hygiene in Odoo: capture every lead, stage it, and tie to campaigns.
• Coordinate content calendar and asset production across three brands.
• Provide weekly metrics and insights for the monthly performance review.
