Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services is seeking a senior marketing leader to develop and execute integrated strategies for exhibitions, conferences, and live events in the UAE. You will craft calendars, allocate budgets, and coordinate with PR agencies and media partners to ensure impactful campaigns.

You will drive PR, digital marketing, and visitor-acquisition efforts, with a focus on B2B and B2C event success across multiple touchpoints and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing within Exhibitions, Events, or Experiential industries.
• Proven experience in exhibition or event marketing (B2B & B2C).
• Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in social media strategy, PR management, and campaign analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for exhibitions, conferences, and live events.
• Create marketing calendars, campaign frameworks, and budget allocations.
• Oversee creative direction and content development across digital, print, and on-ground touchpoints.
• Lead coordination with PR agencies, media partners, and creative design studios.
• Develop and manage PR strategies, press releases, and media engagement plans.
• Lead digital campaigns across social media, Google, and email marketing platforms.
• Plan and manage visitor acquisition campaigns and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee marketing presence and experience during live events.
