Job summary

HRsource is recruiting a Regional Commercial Director based in Dubai for a leading international prestige beauty group. You will steer commercial performance across the Middle East, aligning brand strategy with distribution, retail execution and consumer demand.

You will work with regional leadership, brand teams and global stakeholders to drive profitable growth, assess market performance, and identify opportunities for sustainable expansion across markets.

Qualifications

• Approximately 12–15 years of progressive commercial experience in prestige beauty, skincare, cosmetics or fragrance.
• Proven track record delivering commercial growth across multiple Middle Eastern markets.
• Strong knowledge of GCC beauty industry, distribution models and retail dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of regional commercial performance across designated Middle Eastern markets with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop regional commercial plans reflecting market differences and consumer behaviours.
• Lead negotiations and joint business planning with strategic partners and distributors.
• Review and improve distribution, brand visibility and in-store execution across channels.
• Provide leadership to country and regional teams, ensuring consistent planning and performance management.
• Balance short-term objectives with long-term brand development and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Education teams to align regional and global goals.
