Job summary

B&S World Supply DMCC is seeking a Sales Manager Duty Free for the MEA region, based in Dubai. You will drive commercial growth by building partnerships with airports, border shops, port stores and distributors, across multiple product categories.

You will close deals, optimize pricing, and develop category strategies while traveling regularly to key markets. Fluent English is required, and travel will be monthly or bi-monthly in the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience in Duty Free.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main liaison between global brand owners and international Duty Free partners (airports, border shops, port stores).
• Manage multiple product categories while maintaining close relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Develop and implement category strategies to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, performance, insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize assortment.
• Collaborate with brand partners and internal teams on launches, pricing, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
• Continuously monitor results, identify gaps, and adjust strategies to improve performance and profitability.
