Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Sales Executive in Dubai to drive growth across our prestige beauty portfolio in the Middle East. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to turn plans into action across retailers and distributor markets, leveraging performance insights and strong partnerships to deliver results.

You will review weekly sales, support forecasts, and work with Trade Marketing to measure ROI of promotions, while coordinating stock, launches and monthly orders.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with data, forecasts, stock information and Excel is required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in delivering retail sales, net sales and profitability targets.
• Review weekly sales and top-door performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to track ROI of events and promotions.
• Partner with retailers and distributors on sales plans and Joint Business Plans.
• Coordinate monthly orders and monitor stock, launches, returns and inventory.
