Job summary

Danube Group in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across construction, sanitaryware, and building materials markets. The ideal candidate is a Chinese national with strong market insight and fluent Mandarin and English communication.

The role requires 5–10 years in business development or sales, a Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields, and the ability to build relationships with Chinese clients and partners, manage a healthy sales pipeline,

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
5–10 years of experience in business development or sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client service and project delivery.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence and business development recommendations to management.
