Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, investors, companies, and business partners.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities and market trends.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, business networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent client service and successful project delivery.
• Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence and business development recommendations to management.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates.

Requirements
