Job summary

VAVE Germany GmbH is seeking a Business Development Assistant (Chinese Speaking) based in Dubai to support the end-to-end new business workflow. You will bridge Mandarin-speaking clients with our international teams across Dubai, Germany and China, contributing to proposals, client communications, and cross‑office coordination.

Qualified candidates have native Mandarin, strong business English, and 1–3 years in BD/support roles. Knowledge of German or Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin Chinese and confident business English with professional writing in both.
• University degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, project coordination or client service.

Responsibilities

• BD & workflow support: coordinate schedules, track tasks, keep opportunities transparent.
• Client communication: first point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
• RFI/RFP support: maintain credentials, prepare and assemble proposals, track deadlines.
• Translation & localisation: adapt proposals and correspondence between Chinese and English.
• CRM & reporting: keep client records, support debriefs and executive summaries.
• Meetings, travel & cross-office coordination: manage schedules and liaise across Dubai, Germany and China teams.
