Job summary

Bacardi is hiring in Dubai for a 6‑month maternity cover with hybrid work. You will own P&L for Gulf-region airport retailers, lead ~50 Retail Ambassadors, and drive revenue, profitability and brand building across channels.

You will influence budgets, negotiate with partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit market share KPIs while developing leadership capabilities for future roles.

Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L to deliver revenue, profit and profitability targets.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams across locations.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Beat revenue targets (NSV) and profit targets (GP) each quarter.
• Manage the A&P budget each month.
• Oversee cash collection and reduce overdue receivables.
• Grow market share in strategically important airport locations.
• Lead and develop the team of Retail Ambassadors across locations.
• Manage a diverse customer base across all sub-channels in Global Travel Retail.
