Job summary

Bacardi Dubai is seeking a strong commercial leader for a 6-month maternity cover, based in our Dubai office with a hybrid arrangement. You will own P&L for Gulf airport retailers and lead a team of about 50 Retail Ambassadors in an omnichannel setup.

The role emphasizes delivering revenue and profit targets, managing the A&P budget and cash collection, and growing market share across strategic airport locations. Strong English communication and leadership are essential to drive results.

This is a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover role based in our Dubai office, with a hybrid working arrangement.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Beat revenue targets (NSV) and profit targets (GP) each quarter. Managing the A&P budget each month. Commercial skills are critically important for this role. Experience in managing all parts of a P&L to achieve revenue, profit and profitability targets is necessary. Numerical and analytical skills are also highly valued. Negotiation skills and an ability to create annual trading agreements are fundamental to this role. Experience negotiating price and investment to drive growth is required, preferably in the off-trade channel. Communication skills are of paramount importance. You will have experience managing customers and working across a matrix structure internally. Written and verbal communications skills in English must be of a high standard. Leadership skills are important because you are responsible for the Retail Ambassadors in the airport locations. You need to demonstrate that you can inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional results. You have the skills of a team player and a team builder to drive collective performance
