Job summary

Sokin is seeking a proactive Talent Partner to support across Commercial & Corporate and Operations on a 6‑month maternity cover contract. You will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for Sales and Commercial roles across MEA and APAC, while partnering with hiring managers and the People Team to ensure a world‑class candidate experience.

You’ll collaborate with the Senior Talent Partner on workforce planning, build strong candidate pipelines, and contribute to employer branding and onboarding

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong experience recruiting within Commercial & Corporate (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, or Finance).
• Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, and networks.
• Proven stakeholder management, confident, professional, and collaborative.
• Experience using ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and maintaining accurate data pipelines.
• Curious and creative, someone who enjoys problem-solving and improving processes.
• Passionate about people, culture, and delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring quality, pace, and candidate experience.
• Proactively source and engage top talent across global markets using direct sourcing, networking, and outreach.
• Screen, assess, and present candidates with clarity, ensuring alignment on skills and culture.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines, and reporting in the ATS (Ashby).
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth process flow, timely feedback, and aligned decisions.
• Collaborate with the Senior Talent Partner on workforce planning and growth initiatives.
