Job summary

Bacardi MEA invites applications for an Area Director MEA & Turkey based in Dubai to lead regional teams, manage distributor relationships, and shape brand presence across on- and off-trade channels. You will drive growth, capture market dynamics, and influence country plans with the Managing Director MEA.

The role demands 12+ years in FMCG/alcohol, proven distributor management, leadership across diverse teams, and strong P&L experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years sales/marketing experience in FMCG or Alcohol & Beverage
• Distributor management expertise is essential
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams and delivering sales targets
• Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-cultural stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver key financial targets (NSV, GM, overheads, profitability) vs budget
• Build and drive on-trade community across the region
• Develop strong distributor relationships and channel partnerships
• Define RTM with distributors to meet commercial targets
• Monitor value chain and ensure supply accuracy across markets
• Lead talent development within the MEA cluster
• Inspire and manage the MEA & Turkey teams and distributors
