Job summary

Confidential Jobs in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3-month maternity cover. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates across job boards, social networks, and referrals, and partner with hiring managers to publish roles and structure interviews.

You will screen applicants, conduct phone and in-person assessments, build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles, and ensure a smooth onboarding process while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• In-house recruitment and high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated selection workflow management across seniority levels.
• Systems proficiency with HR databases, ATS/HRIS and related tools.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and headhunting.
• Support hiring managers by preparing job descriptions, publishing ads, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and align with managers and stakeholders.
• Administer pre-employment screening and reference checks when required.
• Assist in onboarding logistics and structured orientation for new hires.
• Map and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
