Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years' experience in real estate development.
• Extensive retail development experience is essential.
• Strong commercial understanding of feasibility, development appraisals and project delivery.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate substantial retail development experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead developments from feasibility, concept and business case through design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Oversee development appraisals, budgets, project programmes and commercial performance.
• Drive retail concepts, asset positioning, tenant mix and leasing requirements.
• Manage consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet commercial, operational and delivery objectives.
• Oversee tenant fit‑out, operational readiness and asset handover.
