GridStudio in Dubai is seeking a mid-senior Pre-Sales Engineer to act as a technical consultant for sales opportunities, bridging client needs with engineering capabilities. You’ll work with the Dubai team to accelerate enterprise adoption of GridStudio’s AI-powered orchestration platform.

In this full-time role, you will demonstrate, integrate, and deliver AI-powered conversational solutions for enterprise clients in the UAE, collaborate with developers, and support proposals and POCs to ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting.
• Basic Node.js knowledge.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical demos for enterprise clients.
• Support POCs and pilot projects.
• Work closely with developers to scope integrations.
• Assist account executives during proposal stages.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for Dubai-based customers.
