Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. in Dubai, UAE seeks a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic AI to design, build and operationalize agentic AI solutions in production.

You will embed with enterprise clients, integrate agentic systems with ERP and platforms, and manage cutover through early production and handover to support. The role is platform-agnostic, adapting to the client's chosen AI stack, including hyperscalers, ServiceNow and other enterprise AI platforms, with remote embedding and on-site

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience across production systems.
• 2+ years shipping AI or ML systems into production with hands-on agentic work.
• Experience with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 enterprise clients in complex environments.
• ERP grounding with SAP/Oracle E-Business Suite/JD Edwards or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and scope agentic AI use cases with measurable success criteria.
• Design target architectures fitting client environments across hyperscalers and enterprise platforms.
• Write production-grade code and manage deployments with governance and audit trails.
• Build and tune retrieval pipelines, prompt architecture, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Ensure agent tool execution with proper permission scoping and rollback paths.
• Develop observability for AI systems including latency, token usage and drift.
