Job summary

GridStudio in Dubai is seeking a mid-senior Pre-Sales Engineer to act as a technical consultant for sales opportunities, bridging client needs with engineering capabilities. You’ll work with the Dubai team to accelerate enterprise adoption of GridStudio’s AI-powered orchestration platform.

In this full-time role, you will demonstrate, integrate, and deliver AI-powered conversational solutions for enterprise clients in the UAE, collaborate with developers, and support proposals and POCs to ensure

Qualifications

3+ years experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting.
Basic Node.js knowledge.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms.
Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical demos for enterprise clients.
Support POCs and pilot projects.
Work closely with developers to scope integrations.
Assist account executives during proposal stages.
Ensure seamless onboarding for Dubai-based customers.
