Job summary

Cognita, a global network of schools, seeks a Cantonese-speaking sales professional based in Dubai to lead the journey from enquiry to enrolment.

You will manage high-volume communications across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels, building relationships and driving conversions while meeting ambitious targets.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, CRM proficiency, and the ability to engage international families with excellent English.

Qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese required for all customer interactions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective families from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Drive enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and confidently manage objections.
• Proactively follow up and re-engage prospective customers.
• Work towards individual and team activity, conversion and enrolment targets.
• Coordinate closely with admissions, customer experience, marketing and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and use pipeline data to prioritise activity and improve performance.
