GardaWorld is seeking a Bid Manager for the Commercial Services Team in Dubai. You will manage end-to-end bid processes and coordinate cross-functional inputs to produce compliant, high-quality submissions.

You will work with regional leadership and the pricing team to align bids with strategy, improve templates, and maintain bid content libraries. APMP Foundation certification is desirable; Dubai-based applicants only.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business Administration; exceptional writing and editing ability is essential.
• Minimum of three years’ experience managing complex and high-value bids, preferably in the security or government services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting technical narratives and developing bid strategies.
• Strong track record in coordinating multi-stakeholder inputs and producing winning proposal content under tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from Expression of Interest to bid stage, including kick-offs and win-theme development.
• Coordinate bid review meetings and develop comprehensive Bid Plans with compliance matrices and timelines.
• Coordinate contributions from Legal, Finance, Regional Management, and other stakeholders for a coherent, compliant response.
• Structure and format proposal content to client requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with bid strategy.
• Create visuals such as graphics, flow charts, diagrams, and presentation slides to support content.
• Lead document reviews and incorporate feedback from internal reviewers at each stage.
• Ensure timely submission of bids per client instructions, via online platforms, email, or hard copy.
