Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Sales Support Representative for a multinational manufacturing client based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The role focuses on handling client inquiries, coordinating technical requirements, and supporting proposals and CRM updates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology-related sales, strong MS Office/CRM skills, and a track record of collaboration across sales and after-sales teams. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a technology-related industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, email, and CRM systems.
• Capability to grow into a Middle East sales role within 2–3 years.
• Marketing experience is a benefit.
• French speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as an initial point of contact for local and regional clients and coordinate requirements.
• Assist with quotes, tenders, and proposals; manage CRM updates and opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Special Vehicles products and market trends.
• Prepare presentation materials and ensure seamless information flow between sales and after-sales teams.
• Occasional travel to attend trade events or client meetings in the region.
