Job summary

Transguard Group in Dubai seeks an Account Manager for Aviation Partner Solutions to grow revenue and maintain high-quality service delivery. You will be the main liaison for the Operations team, coordinating with finance, payroll, planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation and HR to ensure data integrity and contract adherence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience within a similar industry
• Financial acumen a plus, IATA or IOSH qualified is advantageous
• Bachelor’s University Degree within a Finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for the dedicated Operations team, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including finance, payroll, demand planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation, and HR services.
• Develop the business growth of the account by identifying new opportunities and understanding commercial aspects of the contract.
• Prepare quarterly reports with monthly operational data to support review of financial performance.
• Monitor billable vs non-billable staff and ensure timely invoicing and collection.
• Ensure service delivery meets contract terms (SLA/KPI) and plan for future requirements.
