Job summary

Transguard Group in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager for its Aviation Partner Solutions. The role focuses on growing revenue across the client contract and forming strategic partnerships with aviation clients and related parties.

You will be the primary point of contact for the Operations team, ensuring data integrity, timely billing, and SLA/KPI performance while coordinating with finance, payroll, demand planning, and HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
• IATA or IOSH qualification is advantageous.
• Strong financial acumen and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue across the client contract and identify new opportunities.
• Be the main client contact for the Operations team and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure timely billing and contract variances are reviewed with the client.
• Prepare quarterly reports with operational data to review financial performance.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Plan staff mobilization and development aligned with client needs.
