Job summary
The Customization Group in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an Affiliate & Outreach AI Visibility Specialist to own outbound partner relationships and earn editorial coverage that powers our AI visibility. This on-site, full-time role works hand-in-hand with our SEO team to drive measurable affiliate revenue across 20+ shops and 1,000+ partner stores.
You will manage the affiliate budget, secure high-value placements, and coordinate with agencies worldwide.
Qualifications
- Affiliate marketing experience with 3+ years.
- PR and outreach as daily work.
- AI-first in how you work and hands-on AI use.
- Experience building partnerships with agencies.
- Budget management and negotiation with partners.
- Native or very strong English for multi-country teams.
- Nice to have some off-page SEO knowledge.
- Experience tracking AI citation visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews).
- Experience with original-research campaigns.
- E-commerce, D2C or print-on-demand background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Run the affiliate partner portfolio.
- Build and manage publisher relationships and agency collaborations.
- Own and optimize the affiliate budget and placements.
- Earn editorial placements and respond to journalist requests.
- Design promotions and campaigns to attract publishers.
- Prioritize high-authority publications used by language models.
- Create citable assets via original research and case studies.
- Coordinate with SEO and wider teams to sign deals.
